M&M Building Services is a small, family-owned and
operated business that proudly serves Property Management Professionals, Community Associations, and Residential Clients
in the San Diego area. M&M Building Services, formerly known as M&M Builders, was founded in 1995 by San
Diego native Murray Smith. Murray is a true veteran in the construction industry. He has been a member of
the Labors, Teamsters, and the Operators Engineers Unions. During his career he helped develop many of the communities
now established throughout the San Diego area. In 2004 Pete Smith was brought in as a general partner in the
company. Pete brought his Business Management skills and construction experience to help aid the growth of
the company. Together they provide over 45 years of true hands-on experience in the construction industry to form M&M
Building Services.
